符合别表第一的附表第二十四 耐震试験

从成品取下适当长度的样品，将其弯曲成U字形，用下图的耐震试验装置上部夹具固定其两端，下部夹具以弯曲引导支撑具为支点，左右分别振动45°，以每分钟约200次的速度弯曲样品，连续进行2000次时，绝缘体或外装没有出现裂开、裂纹等异常情况，且导体裸线的断线率在30%以下。此时，有金属制导体加强线时，其裸线未断线，有加强索时，其裸线断线率不超过10%。

（备注）电线外径超过15㎜时，弯曲引导支撑具和下部夹子的间隙为裸线外径的2倍。

附表第二十四 耐震試験

完成品から適当な長さの試料をとり、これをＵ字形に曲げ、その両端を次の図の耐震試験装置の上部クランプで固定し、下部クランプを屈曲案内支持具を支点として左右にそれぞれ 45 ﾟ振動させて試料を屈曲させる操作を毎分約 200 回の速さで連続して 2,000 回行ったとき、絶縁体または外装にひび、割れその他の異状が生ぜず、かつ、導体の素線の断線率が 30%以下であること。この場合において、金属製の導体補強線を有するものにあってはその素線が断線せず、補強索を有するものにあってはその素線の断線率が 10%をこえないこと。

（備考）電線の外径が 15 ㎜をこえるものにあっては、屈曲案内支持具と下部クランプとの間げきは、電線の外径の 2 倍とする。

Attached Table 24 Vibration Resistance Test

Take a sample of a proper length from a completed product, bend it to U-shape, fix its both ends with an upper clamp of the vibration resistance testing machine as shown below, vibrate the bottom clamp to the right and left by 45 degrees respectively thereby bending the sample at the bend guide support continuously 2,000 times at a rate of about 200 times per minute, and there shall be no cracks or other anomaly in the insulation or sheath and the percentage of breakage of the strands of conductor shall be not more than 30%. In this case, a metallic conductor reinforcing wire shall not have damages to the strands and the percentage of breakage of the strands of a reinforcing cord shall not exceed 10%.

(Remarks): If the outside diameter of electric wire exceeds 15 mm, then the interval between the bend guide support and the bottom clamp shall be 2 times the outside diameter of the cables.
